Bowse Inc. · Last updated November 4, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at bowse.dev and of Bowse services provided by Bowse Inc.. By creating a workspace or using the website, you agree to them.

2. Using this website

You may browse and share this website for lawful purposes. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside the disclosure process on our Security page, or misrepresent an affiliation with Bowse.

3. Website demos and estimates

Interactive demos on this site run in your browser and don’t start machines. Cost estimates are illustrations, not quotes; the rate card in effect and your invoice govern what you’re charged.

4. Accounts and workspaces

You’re responsible for activity under your account and workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for having authority to connect any GitHub organization or repository.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for, among other things: cryptocurrency mining, attacks on other systems, sending spam, hosting malware, circumventing usage limits, and any use that violates law or third-party rights.

6. Fees

Fees are charged for metered runtime at the rates on the pricing page, plus applicable taxes. Workspace spend limits you set stop new usage once reached.

7. Intellectual property

The Bowse name, mark, and website content belong to Bowse Inc.. You keep all rights to code and data you run on the service.

8. Third-party services

Links to and integrations with third-party services, such as GitHub, are governed by those services’ own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowse Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the service.

11. Governing law

Governing law and venue will be specified in the final terms. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by Bowse Inc..]

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
